Calculate your estimated 1RM using Epley's formula
Epley's formula is one of the most commonly used methods for estimating one-rep max (1RM) based on sub-maximal lifts. It provides a good estimate for most individuals when using weights in the 2-10 rep range.
Note: This formula works best with 2-10 repetitions. Higher rep ranges may provide less accurate estimates. The formula is valid for r > 1 (at least 2 repetitions).
